The Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions is a key member of the team responsible for external recruiting, internal admissions management and enrollment of students in the Fully Employed and Executive MBA Programs in Fall and Spring quarters (FEMBA only). The incumbent works under the direction of the Senior Director of the FEMBA program, as well as other department management, to (1) expand the applicant pool and attract the best possible candidates to UC Irvine's FEMBA and EMBA Programs and (2) actively engage with prospective and admitted students and ensure responsive, personalized attention to persuade applicants to enroll at the Merage School. Experience making public presentations, one-on-one relationship building, and recruitment or sales in a graduate or undergraduate academic or professional setting is required. Marketing, advertising, communications, and interviewing experience preferred.

Salary: Annual $63,962.00 Min. Total Hours: 8:30a-5:30p, M-F Career Position. Office hours 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on recruitment schedule. Requires ability to work frequent weekends and evenings as necessary; requires periodic regional and national travel to admissions recruiting events. Final candidate subject to background check.
