Job Summary The Student Auxiliary Services (SAS) Operations group is seeking a full-time summer intern to assist in documenting existing business processes and IT systems configurations. The candidate will work with finance and IT personnel to gather information and create detailed training and business continuity documentation. The candidate will also assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of SAS business units.
Job Duties - Work with SAS Operations personnel to outline and document current business processes. - Identify, classify and document IT resources within SAS business units. - Assist in day-to-day administrative operations - Act as a backup for Card Services personnel - Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications - General aptitude with computer software and understanding of IT systems - Basic knowledge of database applications and queries - Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications - Some college, with an emphasis in IT and/or accounting
