The Next Gen Tech Bar, Lead position provides the University community with a single point of contact for the resolution of technology-related problems for students as well as to provide programing support of the Next Gen Tech Bar (NGTB). This position supervises and coordinates the daily operations of the NGTB and student employees.
Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
Three years experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, as well as peripheral computer equipment in an enterprise environment
Working understanding of all technology in the space and of ITS infrastructure and with speaking with a diverse population of students, staff, faculty and external customers including children
Experience with basic graphic design for use with marketing material
Experience leading teams of diverse high energy professionals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including students, staff, and faculty
