The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for managing, producing, and analyzing routine and ad hoc reports for the operations department, to include, but not limited to call center, eligibility, sales, and outreach. The reports created will include, management reports for internal use, local, state and federal reports, and ad hoc reports requested by leadership. Reports created by the reporting analyst will capture daily, weekly, and monthly data. Reports should trend year-over-year. Analysis of performance trends critical to the business will be expected by the reporting analyst. The Reporting Analyst will create one central repository for all reporting and automate the delivery of reporting as necessary. The Reporting Analyst will partner with IT and Analytics to develop online dashboards with real time updates for the management team.
Bachelor in Economics, Business or other related field required.
Five years related experience in high volume operations to include, call center, data processing
