Job Posting: The Manager of Lab Outreach has direct responsibility for the management and supervision of the Marketing division. In this capacity, the manager is responsible for organization of work, supervision of employees, staff development, expense control, quality assurance, process improvement, and problem solving in the delivery of services and related programs within the division. Performs all job duties with sensitivity and attention to the age and developmental issues of the patient population (s) served.
Qualification Requirements/Preferences: Education Certifications/Licensure Experience Physical Abilities Educational Requirements: Degree in Business or Management or a comparable level of education or experience is preferred. Baccalaureate Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science preferred. License/Certification/Registration Requirements: Clinical Laboratory Scientist or ASCP Board Registry specialist certification preferred. Experience: Five (5) years of experience in sales and/or sales management in clinical healthcare with proven track record. Physical Demands: (e.g., lifting, standing, walking) Frequent sitting, standing and walking.
