Job Description: A unique role that manages branded and printed packaging material (flexible films) inventories for 5 plants as well as performing new pork product and packaging development activities. Estimated 50/50 split of Packaging Inventory Management and product development activities.
Responsibilities: •Daily management of pooled bag inventories •Interaction and communication with marketing, scheduling, Sales, plant based and corporate procurement representatives and packaging suppliers •Forecasting packaging material needs while managing aged and, obsolete inventories, etc. •Report running, data analysis and interpretation.

Education and Experience: •Bachelors in Food Sciences, Technology, Packaging Engineering, Food Nutrition, Food labeling or Business •2+ years’ experience in R&D technical services or Business •Experience in prepared foods, protein highly preferred
