This position will assist the Fiscal Team with summer programs, special projects, and daily activities to further enhance the Plan of Work (POW) as outlined by the CAHS in accordance NIFA and USDA.
Support REAP, Ag Discovery and Youth Lab.
Create and Maintain Inventory Database and and preparing spreadsheet to aid with staff.
Assist with physical inventory and schedule appointments for inventory audit with County Agents and local employees.
Copying, distributing, filing, and mailing monthly reports.
Boxing files, labeling and storing for future audits.
Cleaning up of storage space areas within the CEP bldg.
Ordering supplies and assisting with answering the phone.
Update and maintain addresses for county staff.
Deliver interdepartmental mail across campus.
Required Education and Experience:
? High School diploma or GED.
Some prior work experience.?
Preferred Education and Experience:
Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate level student with a major of study in Agribusiness, Business Administration, MIS, or other related fields.
One to three years in an administrative office or fiscal operations setting.
Moderate use of Microsoft Application Suite to Prepare Documents.
