The Program Aide provides assistance to Facilities Coordinator, PMBA Program Coordinator, EMBA Program Coordinator, and faculty at CityCentre in Houston. This is a part time, temp position working approximately 10 hours per week in Houston, TX.
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Two (2) years of general office work.
Required Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations:
Valid Texas driverâ™s license or the ability to obtain State of Texas class âœCâ vehicle operatorâ™s license within 30 days of employment.
Failure to obtain a valid TDL may result in termination.
Required Special Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
Working knowledge of spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software programs.
Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Ability to plan and organize effectively. Ability to work independently.
Requires the ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Other Requirements or Other Factors:
Will require evening and weekend hours.
May require occasional travel.
Administrative duties include: research, copying and printing, shredding, distribution of classroom materials to students, and organizing work areas.
Assists in class meetings and special events to include: receiving food deliveries; setting up catering; restocking beverages; making coffee; removing trash; organizing and maintaining the kitchen area.
Purchasing and/or collecting food, drink and office supplies; this will require operation of a University or other motor vehicle.
Assist with basic technical support for students and faculty to include: assistance with printers, copiers, and Wi-Fi. Additional duties as needed.
