A post-doc position in Dr. Navlakha's lab in the Center for Integrative Biology is available immediately. We are looking for highly motivated computational post-docs interested in molecular and cellular network analysis (network robustness, evolution, development, etc.); algorithms in nature (information processing and computation in biological systems); and bioimage informatics. We typically develop combinatorial (graph-based) or machine learning algorithms to address important biological questions.
