We are recruiting a scientist researching occupational stressors, and especially interventions to reduce the adverse effects of occupational stress. Occupational stress stems from environmental and psychosocial exposures, and impacts physiological, psychological, and work-related outcomes.
Particular areas of interest are interventions in applied settings, as well as programs that examine physiological and psychological mechanisms that will detect, measure, and limit adverse health problems associated with occupational stress. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will collaborate with other applied scientists conducting workplace intervention research in Total Worker Health\u00ae as part of the Oregon Healthy Workforce Center. Preference will be given to candidates with an actively funded research program.
