The RN2 serves as an assistant to the provider in performance of procedures, and as an independent provider of certain RN procedures. The RN II will provide direct care and assist in delivering preventive client-focused health services for women and children, including assessment, education, intervention and counseling related to health maintenance Requires two years of RN work experience, including pediatric nursing experience. **Ambulatory Allied Care Service, Care Manager**100% day shift position available. Duties include RN care coordination and transition management for patients with chronic conditions, multiple co-morbidities including mental illness and/or addictions, financial and cultural barriers. Responsible for utilizing care processes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to identify, assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate options and services in meeting the needs of high risk individuals. This includes face-to-face assessments, telephone triage, transition management. **Medical Respite, Jefferson Terrace** Per diem position available. The Edward Thomas House Medical Respite at Jefferson Terrace, is a collaborative project among seven area hospitals and Health Care for the Homeless Network. The program provides nursing care 16 hours per day and non-clinical care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Nurses provide up to twice daily care for acute issues, as well as IV infusion and complicated wound care. Mental health clinicians complete a psychosocial screening to assess housing, mental health and funding needs. One year of RN nursing experience and familiar working with patient population. **Eye Institute (Operating Room)** 100% day shift position available. Experience with Surgical Specialties desired, prefer experience in ophthalmology. Experience in an OR -Circulating/Scrubbing and or Recovery area desired. Work hours are M-Fri 9-5:30.**Eye Institute (Clinic)** Per diem position available. Experience with Surgical Specialties desired, prefer experience in ophthalmology. **SANE Nurse position (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner)**Per diem position available. On call position providing care to adult, adolescent and pediatric victims of sexual assault including physical exam and forensic evidence collection. Service currently is provided at Harborview Medical Center and Valley Medical Center at a minimum. Program may expand in the next year to cover additional facilities in the Seattle area. 40 hour didactic SANE training is provided along with extensive orientation. Minimum availability of 72 hours per month in 12 or 24 hour shifts. Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 40 minutes of receiving page. Minimum 2 years nursing experience required. Emergency department, Women's health and/or Pediatric experience preferred.
