Full Time 40 hours Grade 054 Clin & Trans Science Institute Schedule 8 AM-5 PM; OCC WKENDS Responsibilities Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to develop, design and facilitate data collection and reporting for the CTSA Consortiumâ™s Common Metrics project. Responsibilities: Facilitate data collection in the Clear Impact Scorecard System for CTSA hubs nationwide. This includes providing technical assistance to hubs, training on the scorecard software, and building scorecards when new common metrics are implemented. This will also include developing, organizing and maintaining a common metrics data warehouse. Facilitate reporting out of the Clear Impact Scorecard System. This includes ensuring data integrity, creation of canned reports available to all scorecard users, and the creation of site-specific summary reports for both the CTSA consortium and the coordinating center leadership. Serve as the primary interface between the common metrics data collection subteam and the three other subteams working collaboratively on the common metrics project. This will include leading and facilitating regularly scheduled project meetings, providing data out of the scorecard system in a timely manner, and facilitation of reporting and visualization creation. Provide one-on-one consultations to hubs that are experiencing issues or have questions during the common metric reporting process. Also will serve as the back-up coverage for the common metrics trainer. Qualifications Bachelorâ™s degree with major course work in social or technical field, with Masterâ™s degree in either Library Science, Information Science or other related field desirable, and 4 â“ 5 yearsâ™ experience in the analysis and dissemination of information plus supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent and demonstrated communication and organizational skills are required. Program evaluation and data management experience is preferred. Basic statistical skills are required. Must work well in a team environment. Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office software.
