The EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Application Administrator is responsible for oversight and functionality of the EAM Application. The EAM Application Administrator's activity will include, but not be limited to, working with internal and external customers on processes related to EAM, developing reports, analyzing data, evaluating business efficiencies with the use of EAM Application, implement functional changes, perform data cleansing, training end users, and manage projects related to EAM.REQUIRED--Experience with Enterprise Asset Management or similar asset management systems--Demonstrated proficiency utilizing software reporting tools--Experience creating reports and data queries--Experience writing Flex SQL, inboxes, KPI queries and tabular SQL for Cognos.--Experience analyzing business processes and recommend solutions--Experience testing and troubleshooting application functionality--Proficiency with MS office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point and Projects)--Experience developing training documents and train users on system functionality--Project management skills--Effective communication and interpersonal skills--SQL knowledgePREFERRED--Proficient experience with Cognos ReportNet (EAM Advanced Reporting) --SQL database administration experience--Maintenance and or facilities experience--Bachelor's degree in an IT related field and/or equivalent combination of education/experience/trainingSPECIAL REQUIREMENT--THIS POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION, DRUG SCREEN, LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING, MEDICAL EVALUATION CLEARANCE, AND FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
