Create, conduct and manage The Evergreen State College's multicultural student recruitment plan and efforts in collaboration with staff and faculty. Provide leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for the recruitment of students of color to increase the number of students of color who apply and enroll at Evergreen with special attention to the growing Latino/a population within the state and nation. Enhance and develop outreach programs targeted toward students of color.
This is a full-time, overtime-exempt position on the Olympia campus of The Evergreen State College. This position is exempt from Washington State Civil Service rules and the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime requirements.
