JOB SUMMARY: The Leadership Development (LD) Coach will support enhancements to the enterprise leadership development strategy and supporting processes and tools, as well as, seek opportunities to integrate and align with other HR processes and leverage available technology. The LD Coach will be responsible for assessment, feedback, and coaching to fine tune leadership skills of leaders/managers at all levels. The LD Coach is responsible for the successful implementation of coaching and professional learning supports to identified leaders. The LD Coach will collaborate with OD/LRC staff to continuously advance a coaching model that meets the needs of organizational leaders, and design and facilitate professional learning for leadership development across the organization, while closely collaborating with LRC leadership, SMEs, internal resources, and external vendors. The position is perfect for the individual who has a passion for learning and training materials that engage, excite, and motivate participants.
A combination of education and experience that includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or similar field and qualifications such as extensive business expertise, leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and creativity.
Skilled in highly developed interpersonal skills and expert listener. Content expertise to create rich training material, conceptualize meaningful interactive learning experiences and facilitate training sessions for leaders.
Experience coaching and facilitating professional development for leaders
Three (3) years of experience or accreditation as a leadership coach
Work Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) years track record of coaching leaders and/teams or industry-related experience.
Five (5) years in training, including a background in modern training techniques
Three (3) years of experience working with behavioral competencies and behavioral analysis
Three (3) years of experience working with leadership assessment tools
