This position is an emerging information technology professionalwithin the Systems Analyst family. This position participates in theimplementation, testing, installation and support of clinical and businessapplications. Expected activities include but are not limited to:
Modification of applications as needed to meet user requirements, definitionand development of reports, participation in application upgrades andresolution of problems and issues associated with installed applications andrelated information technologies.
Diagnosis of failures encountered in application software andrelated technologies and quality control of all applicationimplementations/enhancements prior to release to customers.
Maintain an awareness of vendor and industry developments/plans inarea(s) of responsibility, communication and documentation of all relevantitems and activities.
Position requires at least 3 years of direct experience and a highschool diploma or equivalent.
A BA/BS degree in IS or Business is preferred.
Epic ClinDoc certification needed.
Epic MyChart certification preferred.
May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experiencein lieu of education and/or experience stated above.
***Will be required to participate in rotating on-call support***
