PeaceHealth Medical Group is seeking an audiologist with a Doctorate in Audiology (AuD) with cochlear implant experience. Must be able to obtain an Oregon Audiology license. Audiology Services provides diagnostic and hearing aid services to patients of all ages - infant through geriatric. We are seeking someone that has a background and an interest in working with children.

Evaluates hearing of patients with ear abnormalities and/or auditory disorders through case history, clinical observation and diagnostic tests of auditory function; plan and participate in habilitative and rehabilitative programs for patients with auditory disorders.
Administer diagnostic tests of hearing including all or some of the following as applicable: pure tone and speech audiometry; middle ear impedance audiometry; otoacoustic emission testing; natural sleep and sedated auditory brainstem response; electro- and videonystagmography and tympanometry; identify hearing impairment and describe residual hearing; assess resulting social disability and predict potential benefit from hearing aids.
Coordinate audiometric results with medical, educational, social and behavioral diagnostic data; interpret audiometric results for patients, parents and professional staff.
Plan and participate in habilitative and rehabilitative programs to include counseling, assist in the selection and use of appropriate hearing aids; write progress reports as needed.
Act as auditory consultant to medical, educational and other professional groups.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Master's degree or AuD in Audiology.
One year of clinical experience preferred.
Prefer previous experience in a hospital environment.
Cochlear Implant experience is preferred.
Current state licensure for Audiology in state of practice required.
Must be able to be self motivating and work both independently and in conjunction with others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
