Full Time 40 hours Grade 054 Clin & Trans Science Institute Schedule 8 AM-5 PM Occ weekends Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to lead and direct the pilot testing and implementation phases of the CTSA Consortium's Common Metric project. This position reports to the CLIC Associate Diarector of the Common Metrics project, with the CTSA Coordinating Center for Leading Innovation and Collaboration (CLIC). This person will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of the Common Metrics project, Team Leads, and members of the other common metrics subteams. This person is expected to have experience training individuals synchronously online and requires excellent communication skills. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree with major course work in social or technical field, and Master's degree in Library Science, Information Science or related field desirable, and 4-5 years experience in the analysis and dissemination of information plus supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent and demonstrated communication and organizational skills are required. Program evaluation and data management experience is preferred. Basic statistical skills are required as well as being highly skilled with Microsoft Office software.
