Under the direction of the CPO Ambulatory Care leadership, the Practice Manager oversees assigned unit(s) in one or more various locations; has broad and independent responsibilities for planning, developing and managing administrative and programmatic operations as well as full fiscal oversight to include revenue management of enhancement, authorization procedures, provider RVU production and session productivity to maximize efficiencies and economies of scales. Serves in conjunction with site medical directors, coordinating agenda and outcomes. Analyzes all areas of clinic operations, conducts all aspects of personnel management to include recruitment, performance management, training, compensation oversight, and labor relations issues. Oversees all TJC requirements and CQI projects throughout the department. Assures accurate timekeeping and payroll for all departmental employees. Incumbent will work with independence in applying clinical and business judgment, management concepts and provide counseling to all site clinic faculty, operations manager and staff on daily operational issues.

Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience in a large Outpatient, Primary Care/Family Medicine (or like) clinic environment.
Experience should demonstrate progressive management experience with increasing scope of responsibility.
Must possess teaching ability, leadership ability, and high professional standards.
Must be well organized, be able to set priorities, work independently and is an effective team member.
Master's degree or a combination of education and experience.
PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home) experience.
Six-Sigma/Quality Improvement Experience.
Primary Care Experience.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
