Required Qualifications:Ability to lift up to 75 poundsAbility to push or pull heavy objects using up to 75 pounds of forceAbility to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and / or machineryAbility to properly drive and operate a company vehicleAbility to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and / or in writingAbility to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solvingAbility to work weekends and holidays in a rotating schedule. Major holidays not included: Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years DayHigh school diploma or GED equivalentFor insurability purposes, must be at least 25 years of age or older with a valid driver's license (Class B license for Florida applicants only) and be able to pass a pre-employment and regularly scheduled post-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) inquiriesTwo or more years of customer service or transportation delivery experienceThis position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of disease Preferred Qualifications:Patient transportation experience If the hired individual resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face contact with members OR employees who will have access to confidential patient data and will require renewal every five years.
