Join us and start doing your life's best work.Primary Responsibilities:Respond to complex customer callsResolve customer service inquiries which could include:Benefit and Eligibility informationBilling and Payment issuesCustomer material requestsPhysician assignmentsAuthorization for treatmentExplanation of Benefits (EOB)Provide excellent customer serviceConstantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standardsApplies knowledge / skills to activities that often vary from day to dayDemonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own functionRequires little assistance with standard and non-standard requestsSolves routine problems on ownWorks with supervisor to solve more complex problemsPrioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlinesWorks with others as part of a teamModerate work experience within own functionSome work is completed without established proceduresBasic tasks are completed without review by othersSupervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED1+ year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR 1+ year of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job dutiesValid Nevada Pharmacy Technician license1+ year of Pharmacy experience1+ year of experience creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)Physical Requirements and Work Environment:Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computerService center environment with moderate noise level due to representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activityCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
