Primary Responsibilities:Tracking and providing analytics on "Providers Not Participating" (PNP)Coordination with all retrieval vendors and participating in calls for management of vendor / CDO relationsManagement of CDO coordination with regards to PNP callingMaking direct contact with providers and utilizing PNP expertise to resolve retrieval issuesDetailed analytics and tracking of PNP conversion rates and efficiency issuesCreation and development of standardized and ad-hoc reporting related to PNPsAd hoc support of the operational chart review team and providing SME knowledgeDevelopment and planning of the PNP support programAd Hoc business analytics and miscellaneous support of chart review program
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED2+ years of experience in business analysis or PNP analysis / outreachIntermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications:Associate's Degree2+ years of MS Project, Access, SharePoint, and VisioPrevious experience with management, resolution, and analytics for Providers Not Participating or "PNP" (specifically related to retrospective chart review)Previous experience with SQLPrevious Healthcare Industry experience Careers with Optum.
